These website Terms are separate from any event-service agreement, booking agreement, contract, invoice, payment schedule, or other agreement entered into between you and Smiley Photo Booths LLC. If there is a conflict concerning a booked event, the terms of the applicable signed agreement will control for that event.

1. About Smiley Photo Booths
Smiley Photo Booths LLC (“Smiley Photo Booths,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides photo booth and related event services.

Our website allows customers and prospective customers to request information, check availability, obtain quotes, communicate with us, book services, make payments, complete event-related forms, review designs or selections, access event galleries, and use other features associated with our services.

A booking becomes subject to the terms contained in the applicable proposal, contract, payment schedule, or booking agreement.

4. Event Services and Booking Agreements
Specific event-service terms—including package details, event date and time, payment requirements, cancellations, rescheduling, service limitations, client responsibilities, and other event-specific conditions—may be contained in a separate contract or booking agreement.

Those event-specific terms are incorporated into the relationship between Smiley Photo Booths and the booking client when the applicable agreement is accepted or signed.

These website Terms are not intended to replace an event-specific contract.

5. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on our website, quote pages, booking pages, or other online systems may be subject to the specific terms of the applicable quote or booking.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a payment.

Applicable deposits, retainers, installment payments, balances, due dates, refunds, cancellations, and other payment conditions will be governed by the applicable quote, invoice, payment schedule, or booking agreement.

Smiley Photo Booths LLC may offer SMS and MMS text-message communications to customers and prospective customers who provide appropriate consent.

Some customers may receive only a few messages related to an inquiry, while customers with active bookings may receive additional messages as their event approaches.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Smiley Photo Booths and messages you send to us.

Your wireless carrier’s messaging and data rates are determined by your mobile-service plan.

12. SMS Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Smiley Photo Booths.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, we will stop sending messages covered by that SMS subscription unless you later provide consent again.

If you later wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an available Smiley Photo Booths opt-in method.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from communicating with you through other permitted methods, such as email or telephone, when appropriate.
